Miss Mattie Harper, daughter of Mrs. Alexander Harper, died of consumption last Friday at their residence on the corner of Jefferson and Water Streets. She had been a sufferer for a long time. The funeral was held at the residence on Monday at 9 o’clock Dr. Nave officiating. Interment was at Darlington. -s
